As a Commercial Services Specialist, you will play an important part in improving tendering performance, enhancing data quality, and expanding KPI reporting across a global business that is continuously changing. Support tendering excellence, data quality, and reporting accuracy

In this role, you will act as a cross-functional resource within the Commercial Services / Commercial Support Center, supporting tender coordination, quotation follow-up, and business reporting. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and reliable data management in CRM/SAP systems.
Your contribution will help make data more consistent, improve internal processes, and enable better decision-making across markets, while ensuring alignment and consistent ways of working across functions.


Your responsibility will be to:

  • Support and coordinate tendering processes end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely submissions across stakeholders
  • Ensure high data accuracy and completeness in CRM/SAP (opportunities, quotations, customer data), supporting reliable forecasting, reporting, and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for management
  • Spot workflow gaps and guide initiatives for standardization, simplification, and automation to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Provide cross-functional support to teams, including support to order management activities when needed
  • Act as a transversal support across markets and functions, ensuring alignment and consistent ways of working


This role is based on-site in Esposende, Portugal, reporting to the Senior Commercial Services Manager, with occasional international travel according to business needs.

You are motivated to grow into a key specialist role within commercial operations, with increasing responsibility in data, processes, and cross-functional coordination.

You also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial services, sales support, or reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data handling, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM systems (experience valued)
