Manage financial planning and project controlling activities

Ensure accurate financial planning, reporting and project support

In this role, you will manage financial data, reporting, and analysis across tender and project activities, supporting both bidding and execution phases. You will act as a finance partner to project teams, ensuring transparency, profitability awareness, and timely insights while maintaining accurate systems and reporting processes.

Your responsibility will be to:
•    Ensure accurate financial reporting and data in ERP systems.
•    Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering and analysis.
•    Act as a point of contact for project teams on financial topics.
•    Monitor project performance, costs and profitability.
•    Support process improvements and maintain documentation standards.

You will be part of a finance team collaborating with project managers and stakeholders across the organization. The position is based in Kaunas with regular interaction with international teams.

Structured and collaborative professional with business mindset

You are initiative-driven and structured, with a practical approach to tasks and a curiosity to understand business performance. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and contribute to a constructive, team-oriented environment. You are comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with broader financial objectives.

You also have:
•    3+ years of experience in finance, controlling or FP&A.
•    Degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar.
•    Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
•    Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
•    Fluent English, written and spoken.

Salary range for this position is from 3900 Eur to 4800 Eur Gross.
