
Shape product strategies for South European markets
Join a global organisation working with energy cable solutions and contribute to product management and business development across South Europe. In this role, you will manage the product lifecycle and define commercial strategies that support growth in distribution markets. Develop and manage product portfolio across regions
You will manage product roadmaps and lifecycle activities for selected countries and segments, aligning commercial and technical requirements with regional strategies. The role brings together market analysis, product planning, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support new product development and portfolio performance.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Manage product portfolio performance, including revenue, margin, and mix
• Analyse markets, competitors, and customer needs to define product requirements
• Prepare business cases supporting product and investment decisions
• Establish go-to-market strategies and support product launches
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering on business development initiatives
You will report to the Director, Head of Business Development, and work closely with cross-functional teams across South Europe. The role involves travel within the region. Location is to be defined within South Europe.

You are a team-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working across cultures and functions. You approach challenges with curiosity and structure, and you value collaboration when developing solutions. You communicate clearly and build relationships easily while staying attentive to market developments and opportunities.
You also have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, with business or marketing orientation
• 5+ years’ experience in product or category management within energy cables or telecom
• Knowledge of LV, MV or HV cable applications and network environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience using MS Office tools
