Improve quality data reporting and decision support

Join a global organisation working to improve quality data, reporting and decision-making in an industrial environment. This role focuses on SAP, Power BI and data standardisation to support consistent and reliable quality insights across the business. Develop reliable quality data insights and reporting

In this role, you will ensure that quality data is accurate, consistent and accessible across systems and reports. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to translate reporting needs into practical solutions, while improving data flows, dashboards and KPIs. Your work will support operational reviews and management decisions through clear and reliable data.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Collect, validate and analyse quality data from SAP, Excel and other systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
  • Improve data collection processes and reporting routines for efficiency
  • Align stakeholders on KPI definitions, reporting logic and data ownership
  • Identify inconsistencies and support corrective and improvement actions

The role is based in an industrial setting with cross-functional collaboration across operations and support teams. You will interact regularly with stakeholders and management.

Detail-oriented professional with collaborative mindset

You are structured, organised and attentive to detail, with a natural curiosity for data and improvement. You handle assigned tasks with accountability and work well across multiple teams. You communicate clearly and translate complex topics into language business teams can understand. You value collaboration and seek practical solutions that simplify processes and improve outcomes.

You also have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality Management or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience with SAP data structures, S/4HANA, and QM processes
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tool
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power Query or Power Pivot
