
Improve reliability and performance of production equipment

Maintain equipment reliability and optimise maintenance activities
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the reliability and availability of production equipment through preventive maintenance planning, repair coordination, and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with maintenance, production, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities, support maintenance planning, and contribute to reducing equipment downtime.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities
• Support medium and major equipment overhauls, including spare parts requirements
• Analyse equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate repair and service activities to minimise production interruptions
• Support maintenance teams in maintaining safe and efficient operations
The position is based in Kladno, Czech Republic, and reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and technology teams and provide support to the mechanical maintenance team.
Technical professional with maintenance and engineering experience
You enjoy working in an environment where technical knowledge, collaboration, and continuous improvement are important. You are comfortable analysing information, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with colleagues from different functions to support operational goals. You also have:
• Secondary technical education with a mechanical engineering focus
• Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Advanced English language skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SAP or CAD software is welcome
