Are you interested in working with commercial data and enabling informed business decisions in a global organisation? As Master Data Analyst Commercial, you will analyse and manage commercial master data, ensuring high quality and consistency across systems. You will collaborate with commercial teams, data owners, and analytics colleagues to support reporting and governance processes. Ensure reliable commercial data and actionable insights

In this role, you will work with commercial master data, supporting data governance, quality, and reporting activities. You will analyse sales, customer, and pricing data to identify patterns and provide insights to stakeholders. The role is part of a global team focused on process improvement and master data, supporting business performance and customer experience through structured data practices.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of commercial master data (customers, pricing, hierarchies).
  • Maintain data definitions, business rules, and governance standards.
  • Analyse commercial data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for commercial KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Support data quality improvement, migration, and alignment across ERP, CRM, and analytics systems.

You will collaborate with commercial teams, analytics, and data owners across the organisation. The role is based in Kaunas with a hybrid setup.

Structured professional with attention to data quality and collaboration

You are attentive to detail and comfortable working with complex datasets. You communicate clearly and can explain data findings to different audiences. You work in a structured manner and collaborate effectively across teams, with an interest in improving data consistency and usability.

You also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst in a commercial, sales, or marketing context.
  • Experience with master data domains such as customer, pricing, and sales data.
  • Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems, SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance or similar tools.

Salary range for this position is from 2300 Eur to 2800 Eur Gross
