Our Technology Team at G3C turns complex engineering into real-world energy solutions. We lead global R&D projects, simulate cable performance under extreme conditions, and design next-generation, greener power accessories. Our work supports offshore installations, dynamic cable systems, and the energy transition worldwide
G3C supports global Transmission and Grid Solutions projects in close collaboration with sites in Sweden and Germany. Transmission focuses on complex onshore and offshore high-voltage cable systems delivered through global turnkey projects. Grid Solutions is primarily onshore covering HVAC grid projects, onshore service and repair activities.
We contribute across the full project lifecycle, from tendering to execution, bringing expertise in engineering, planning, digitalisation and project management. Our work includes tender design, risk analysis, scheduling, documentation, testing and contract management, as well as installation support for onshore and offshore activities. Through data analytics, PLM and automation, these teams help drive process excellence and the successful delivery of complex, high-voltage cable projects worldwide.
Our Group Functions supports NKT’s business lines across the value chain. This includes market intelligence, sustainability, audits and ERP master data migration. These teams play a critical role in enabling informed decisions and create long term value creation across projects, tenders and operational services.
Our IT team is a vital part of NKT’s global digital backbone. We develop and support enterprise systems—from .NET applications and SAP to PLM and M-Files. We manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure secure, connected environments across sites. Our Group IT also drives data analytics, integrations, and contributes to major transformation programmes like SAP S/4HANA.
The Procurement team supports global operations by securing the right materials, suppliers, and services. We focus on Procurement Excellence, Operational Procurement, and Installation Services Procurement. Our roles span digitalisation, market intelligence, supplier risk, sustainability, and analytics. We manage purchase orders, contracts, and installation scopes to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing supply chains.
At NKT South Asia, we support power transmission and distribution projects across the region through our Accessories business. Our solutions are used across renewable energy, utilities, transport infrastructure, substations and industrial projects, enabling safe and reliable power networks. Our teams work across the full value chain, from designing and testing MV, HV and EHV accessories to installation support, technical training and customer service. Sales, supply chain and planning teams ensure regional growth and timely delivery, supported by strong commercial, finance and leadership functions.
