We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Digital HR Lead Architect to define and implement HR technology strategy and architecture in close collaboration with HR leadership. Design secure, scalable HR architecture

As the Lead Architect, you will own the technical roadmap for HR platforms with SAP Success Factors at its core, ensuring alignment with HR’s functional priorities. You will govern solution design, integration patterns, and security while partnering with HR and IT leadership to deliver a cohesive, future-proof architecture and implementing complex projects. This role combines strategic ownership with direct involvement in integrations and platform hardening.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Define and maintain the HR technical architecture roadmap
  • Ensure interoperability and data consistency across HR systems
  • Design and govern integration frameworks, security, and GDPR compliance
  • Facilitate global SuccessFactors projects and adjacent platform integrations
  • Manage vendors and external partners for sustainable solutions

You will report to the Digital Core leadership team and collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders. Location: G3C. Travel: 15–20%.

Strategic leader with advanced HR technology know-how

We are looking for a motivated lead architect who combines strategic vision with technical depth. You are skilled at coordinating across functions, managing complexity, and delivering secure, scalable solutions. Your ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and subsequently ensuring proper implementation will be key to delivering effective solutions.

You also have:

  • 10+ years in Digital HR/HRIS with SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • 3+ years in an architect role overseeing HR technology roadmaps within complex HR ecosystems beyond SAP Success Factors, including Pay Roll, Time Tracking and other HR tools
  • Experience with SAP CPI/Boomi integrations and multi-platform ecosystems
  • Effective in completing digital projects and integration tasks within the HR field
  • Extensive knowledge of GDPR compliance and security-by-design principles
  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in IT or related field.
  • TOGAF or ITIL certification.
