Deliver insights and ensure financial excellence

In this role, you will own end-to-end financial processes within your assigned areas, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with subsidiaries and departments to standardize processes and automate workflows, while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial data in ERP systems.
  • Act as a finance business partner, enhancing performance and cost control.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with data gathering and analysis.
  • Report key metrics and challenge expenses for efficiency.
  • Oversee initiatives aimed at improving processes and automating tasks.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional finance team, reporting to the line manager and collaborating with stakeholders across various legal entities. The position is located in Kaunas.

You are a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a global environment. You take initiative in your work, managing processes effectively while providing financial insights to stakeholders. Your effective communication skills and collaborative mindset make you a trusted partner across the organization.

You also have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in industrial controlling.

Salary range for this position is from 3500 Eur to 4600 Eur Gross.
