Do you possess experience and passion for providing IT Technical Support? Then we might have the right job for you! We are looking for a motivated Onsite Support Specialist placed in Karlskrona. 

Strengthen our Group IT Organization
NKT is growing and to support the business growth with efficient and secure IT.
We are looking for an Onsite Support Specialist with experience in service desk, on-site support, systems administration or similar positions. 

Your primary tasks will be:

• Ensures user support for end-to-end IT services
• Handling of requests for new IT equipment/software and coordination of regular hardware exchange
• Handle deployment and maintenance of standard hardware (IT & Telco devices) and software (incl. new releases, patches)
• Support maintaining IT standards for hardware and software

Passionate to provide support to people 
To succeed in this position, you need to be a person who has good customer service skills and a motivated team member. Equally important is that you enjoy collaborating and sharing experiences with the colleagues. Moreover, you like working in an international, diverse and fast-moving environment.

Additionally, your CV includes:

• Education in Computer Science or relevant field
• ITIL certification is mandatory
• 2+ years of previous experience in service desk, on-site support, systems administration or similar position
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is mandatory
• Microsoft certifications, not mandatory but beneficial.
