Legal advisory across tendering and project execution
You will support NKT’s Transmission business by providing legal guidance throughout the tendering phase and project execution lifecycle. This includes contract drafting, negotiations, risk evaluations, and contributing to compliant and profitable project delivery. The role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment where legal, commercial and technical perspectives come together in the green energy transition. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Project Management, Procurement and Corporate Affairs, contributing to a professional and transparent legal framework. Provide legal guidance across tenders and projects
In this role, you will support tender reviews, negotiations and internal approvals, ensuring consistency with NKT processes. You will collaborate with project teams to help secure compliant execution, assess contractual risks and address day‑to‑day legal questions. You will also take part in monthly project reviews and align closely with colleagues in the Transmission legal team to share knowledge and ensure coherent advisory practices.

You will work with teams across Europe. The position can be based in Copenhagen or Malmo, with the possibility of home‑office. Travel of up to approximately 20% may occur, depending on tender and project activities.
