At our site in Nordenham, NKT develops, manufactures and assembles a comprehensive portfolio of power cable accessories for onshore and offshore applications – including joints, connectors and terminations. Our uncompromising quality standards, fast response times and excellent customer service make NKT a preferred partner in the energy industry. As Sales Manager in Poland, you will represent this value proposition in the market and significantly contribute to driving our business growth in the region.

Your Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our products and services in the renewable energy sector. Your key tasks include:

  • Driving sustainability and renewable energy initiatives
  • Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers in the Polish market
  • Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
  • Developing sales strategies and plans
  • Preparation of type tests and obtaining product approvals
  • Conducting sales negotiations and closing contracts
  • Performing market analysis and monitoring competitors
  • Achieving growth targets and margins in line with an agreed pricing strategy
  • Presenting and actively selling NKT accessory products

What You Bring

  • A completed degree with a focus on business or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a sales position, ideally in technical sales
  • Strong project experience as well as solid commercial, technical and legal understanding, including contract management
  • Excellent Polish and English skills, spoken and written; German is an advantage
