Graduate Engineer Programme 2026 - Electrical & Power Engineering

We are looking for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduates with a Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a closely related field to join our Graduate Engineer Programme at NKT in Warszowice.

Your role in Warszowice

You will be based at our production site in Warszowice, Poland, where we manufacture low-voltage power cables and installation wires that support critical infrastructure, buildings, and energy networks. The site is an important part of NKT's European manufacturing footprint and offers practical exposure to real engineering challenges in a modern production environment.

This programme is designed for graduates who want to build a solid engineering career, combining technical knowledge with practical application and hands-on experience in manufacturing and operations.

About the Graduate Programme

The programme starts in September 2026 and lasts 18 months. You will receive a permanent contract from day one.

During the programme, you will:

• Rotate across different engineering and technical functions
• Work on real business challenges within production and engineering
• Take part in an international rotation
• Work on an important project backed by senior leadership
• Participate in structured training modules with other graduates

The goal is to provide you with a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of NKT's core business, preparing you for a long-term career within the company.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for motivated graduates with a clear interest in engineering, manufacturing, industrial processes, and sustainable infrastructure.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related technical field
• Keen interest in working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Motivated, structured, and willing to learn
• Fluency in Polish, and English
• Legal right to work in Poland
