NKT recognized for CSR practices

NKT has been recognized for its CSR practices by the independent company EcoVadis specializing in CSR supplier ratings. NKT has been rated with ‘Gold’ – the highest level of rating – in the EcoVadis assessment scheme for CSR practices conducted in 2017. 

“The CSR Gold’ rating is a great achievement for NKT and proof that our efforts to improve our CSR practices through dedicated initiatives and processes have an impact. It is furthermore a strong motivator for us to continue our dedicated journey to ensure sustainability in all areas of our business”, says Dietmar Müller, Chief Operational Officer and Head of Operations.

The EcoVadis rating is based on assessments in the four areas of environment, fair business practices, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement.
